Madar-i-Millat's 46th death aniversary (Barsi) today

Nation of Pakistan calls her as ” Madar-i-Millat”, or “Mother of the Nation”. Founding Mother of Pakistan was the younger sister of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. She was born in 30th July, 1893. She was a dental surgeon, biographer and stateswomen. She took her Dental Surgeon’s degree from University of Calcutta (A highly competitive university).

Quaid – e – Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah once said, “My sister was like a bright ray of light and hope whenever I came back home online casino and met her. Anxieties would have been much greater and my health much worse, but for the restraint imposed by her”.

She started a dental clinic in Bombay in 1923. Upon Rattanbai”s death in February 1929, Miss Fatima Jinnah closed her clinic, moved into her Quaid-e-Azam”s house, and took charge of his house.

Madar-i-Millat was in search of an author and selected G. Allana. G. Allana assisted her on the assignment but they parted company due to reasons undisclosed. Quaid-e-Azam academy published her uncompleted biography of Quaid-e-Azam  “My Brother” in 1987.

On Sunday, 9th July 1967 she was died  in Karachi by Heart Failure.

    An amazing personality she had. Wonder why people like them do not come by now a days….. Country need them.
